Good cattle. Quality is good and easy to clean. Verry fast for boiling water, tea ,milk. Easy to use.

Perfect product.
Working perfectly but it stopped working within 6 months but it was in warranty so they came and fixed it up within a day. I almost use it to boil 10-12 litres of water on a daily basis.

Very bad. We’re in the hospital. Badly need a kettle urgently. We ordered the same and opened but that is defective. Please exchange it immediately

Malfunctioning and no after service
I purchased a Milton Euroline Go Electro 2.0 Electric Kettle from Amazon on 19 October 2025. The product started malfunctioning on 9 May 2026, while still being covered under its one-year warranty. I contacted Milton Customer Service and registered a complaint and I was advised to contact AR Traders for further assistance. Since 13 May 2026, I have been following up regularly with AR Traders regarding the repair of my kettle. However, I have repeatedly been informed that the required power connector/ring is unavailable. Despite the issue being a relatively basic repair covered under warranty, no resolution has been provided. Additionally, during one of my follow-up calls, the representative disconnected the call abruptly and has since been unresponsive. I purchased this product based on my trust in the Milton brand, but I am deeply disappointed with the after sales service and the prolonged delay in resolving this issue. It has now been nearly a month without any meaningful progress. I would like confirmation on whether this issue will be resolved under the product's one year warranty and an estimated timeline for the repair or replacement. I request that this matter be addressed urgently and that a satisfactory resolution be provided at the earliest. I look forward to your prompt response.

Electric kettle - Milton! Read before you purchase. Limitations
Good product, but too early to say more as I am yet to use this frequently. The limitation the product is the Electrical Cord given with this brand/ product is tooooo toooo small in length. You can't use it without an extension cord. It's such short in length. So that's very very pathetic ! Don't know how much money the company saved by not adding atleast a 3 or 4 feet cord
