It has an independent controller, the operation is very convenient. The product material is very good too, so the touch is very comfortable. The only regret is this product doesn't have a heat function, but I still think this is a great massager, and it does not affect my experience and product effects. It is very worth buying.Btw, the first delivery was lost and then I contacted the seller. The seller immediately reissued me with a new one after communicating with Amazon and the second delivery was sent quickly. It was a great shopping experience.

If you’re in the market for a massage mat, this is the one.. It's totally worth the price tag! I have tried other less expensive models that did not meet my expectations. my husband surprised me with this for my birthday. I only wish that I would have upgraded sooner. It came beautifully packaged and I was impressed as soon as I removed it from the packaging. it has a very high-quality, professional look and feel to it. very well constructed.I suffer from severe upper and lower back pain (specifically my tailbone) due to a car accident. And neck pain due to Poor posture.This Massaging pad is powerful! I especially love the neck stretching function. I have been using it now for about 3 months, almost daily. it has improved the intense pressure I was feeling around my neck substantially and I have also noticed a significant change in my posture. The level of comfort it provides while using it is indescribable. I look forward to my neck stretch sessions every day.I weigh 165 pounds and It supports me just fine. it’s very comfortable to use and inflates quickly.I like to add a heating pad on top of it Sometimes.. This adds a whole other level of therapy.The upper thigh rest is coated with a velvet like material which soft against the skin. elevating my thighs brings my tailbone closer to the massaging nodes allowing it to get in there really good. also providing substantial relief to this area as well.since using this massaging I have experienced a whole body transformation. my stress levels have lessened as well as my anxiety which have all been associated with my pain.I could not be happier with this purchase. i like it but is missing heat and vibration settings i hope next time they make an upgraded product they should include heat and vibration and more massage options

This product exceeded my expectations as i wasn’t expecting such a good stretch. I only gave it 4 stars because it doesn’t have heat. Wouldve made it perfect!

My sister recommend hers to us. we trief and are love it. My spouse uses twice a day. When I cant sleep, I use and it relaxes my body allows restful slerp I have lupus and helps with flare ups. I also puchase for my son and wife they love it too.
