Just got this for a gift and the squeak ball broke. Can I get replacement squeak ball?

We purchased two of these dogs, one for each child, and both squeaky balls broke Christmas day, the day they were received. I've tried lots of squeaky toys per the manufacturer's suggestion, and nothing has worked with the dogs yet. I wish a separate accessories kit was sold separately with replacement accessories!
