Great cycle and budget friendly. The quality is awesome however, the stickers are getting pilled off. The handlebar gets loosened up now and then howmuchever you tight it. Overall great cycle to go for.. The colour is awesome..

Bought this bicycle online for the sheer purpose of daily exercise. Purchase and delivery was a standard procedure. It was the assembling that I was excited about. First time assembling a bicycle, it was simple and achievable since it came with an assembly manual and set of tools required. Talking about product quality, the frame is strong, feels well-build, the design is smooth and catchy as well as the color is banging. Best feature is the seat which feels sporty and comfortable at the same time. But I'd like to point out the some minor details need to be looked over. Being very reasonable I assume, since this is a budget bicycle, some nuts and bolts are sub-standard quality which I believe the brand should put in better. The seat height nut and the handle nut both need to be better. I tried to completely screw in the handle nut which is an alan key nut for which the tool kit provided had the alan key, but the nut striped before it was completely tight. As a result I had a rather lose handle bar. Had to get professional help locally. Rather than that, the bicycles runs smooth, the quality of major components is good and even if something is missing the brand sends you spares for missing or damaged items promptly direct from factory. I had a mudd flap craked and a rear wheel reflector missing, now I have a new set of mudd flaps and a while set of 4 reflectors. That customer service is on-point. Great Customer Service.

Very bad product. The handles always gets loose no matter how tight you fit the screws. The wheel chain drops very often and the spokes on the front wheel are bent. Very disappointed on the brand and the product. The Quality is low and Durability is very much in question. Not an ideal purchase

Bicycle looks good for the price and also justifies it's price. The spoke of tyres are a bit brittle, its feels like it can crack any moment. The brake shoe is worse, no matter how tight your brakes are, it won't work. The seat ain't comfortable at all, the pedals make weird noises while going up hill. You can consider this bicycle if you're as tall as me and has a tight budget. But if that's not the case and you can spend some extra on these things, then you better go with some better option we have in the market.

Once the bicycle was used, we saw it had serious defects . The brake once applied stays sticking to the wheel and does not get released. The handle is vertically articulated because it’s a mountain bike, but once it goes down it does not come back up by itself. Very disappointed. We had to purchase another bicycle and no one wants to buy this from us even at half price.

Cycle is good but for only kids I am adult it's not suitable and not good confront the seat is bat quality anyway for kids is good 😉
