I bought my second massage gone two years ago. The first one last a month and before the 30 days was up I returned it and bought this one. I’ve had it for two years. The battery last forever. I really got a good one on this one. So since it’s been so long and it’s really worked out well for our family I decided to make a review. I’ll go ahead and make a video to show that I really own it.

I bought this Fusion Pro based on recommendations on Amazon. Boy, were they right. I have neck and lower back pain. This massager really does the job and I do get relief. Unfortunately, one day I went to use it and it would not work. Had a full battery charge. Contacted the seller and got a response within 24 hrs. We did some troubleshooting and issue could not be fixed. Customer Support offered me a replacement at no cost to me. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I love a company that stands behind their products. Highly recommend this massager for people that have aches and pains. As I said above GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This is my second deep tissue massage gun. The first one was by another manufacturer. It was good, lasted 3 years, then suddenly stopped working. The Fusion Deep Tissue Massage Gun is much lighter and immediately stops my muscle spasms. I truly love it! ~ Ruthie

Final Update If you read all of this review youa re going to read the back and forth I had with this product. After posting a two star review the company contacted me and want to give me another unit to test. It took quite a while for the new massager to arrive but affive it did and it has been working for weeks ever since. I have to say this is fantastc customer service like I have never experieinced before and I want to change my rating to a 4 star (perhaps a 5 would be even more accurate) for their exceptional care and concern. Buy this unit and buy it with confidence that this company will make it right if there are any problems. ANOTHER UPDATE - The company offered to replace the defective unit and I told them I have already bought a different brand but I would let my son try the new replacement and buy it for him. OK- so today it came and if it works and my son likes it I will buy it for him-- I will keep you posted. By the way it would have been nice to have them send a message that it was coming. If it works I will rewrite this and update my ratings which I just gave them an extra star moving from 1 to 2 for their efforts. Oh, my gosh! I initially bought this for my son-in-law for Christmas. He raved about it so much that I bought one for myself - and then my daughter bought one for her Dad. This became "the" Christmas present this year. I'm almost 77 years old and have always been pretty athletic - it's amazing! We all have our favorite attachments - all are wonderful for tight muscles, sore muscles, or just a general massage. The speeds range from 1 to 20. I started with 1-4, but soon realized that using the 10 speed worked better for me because it vibrates faster and isn't so hard on my bones, lol. Quite honestly, I feel this might be a little too intense for an older person who is more "fragile" or someone who is considerable underweight. I feel this is more for individuals with more muscle mass or athletes. I work out with a trainer and sometimes get a little to "enthusiastic" in overdoing my exercises. So it's done wonders for sore muscles (or in one case, a strained muscle). Highly recommend.

This handheld massager is great. It is designed so that you can use it on yourself and reach all the parts of your body that need attention. Plus, it has great range of power that allows you to hit spots that need a lot of pressure and spots that you just want gentle pressure on. I have chronic issues with my neck muscles, and I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to reach the area. But the unit is designed so that I can easily get to the sore muscles in my neck.

I bought this to relieve really intense tightness in my upper back, mild lower back discomfort and around my knees. I absolutely love this massage gun! My favorite attachment is the 4 prong one which works really well on my upper back, shoulders and lower back. It is not noisy, and I have never had the charge die on me and I use it every day for about a half hour total. I charge it maybe every 3rd day or so. It works the knots right out of my back and I usually use it on speed 10 but it goes up to 20. My daughter bought a different one from Amazon that was $60 and she did not like it...she said it just more or less vibrated...but when she came over and tried mine she couldn't stop using it. I have only had this for one month, but so far I am really pleased with it. I would definitely buy this again as a gift if I was spending over $100 on the person. EDIT - When I originally purchased this massage gun the end of December 2021, the price was $139. I have noticed the price has decreased a few times and currently is only $64.00. I have purchased a couple of these for gifts since my original purchase and hope the quality has not decreased along with the price decreases. The people whom I have gifted with them have not mentioned any problems, but I'm not sure whether they would.
