Effective water repellent
Sealer has been on my pavers for about two months. Easy to apply (3/4" roller) if smelly. Suggest application on a breezy day. Strong smell persists for two days and I can still detect some odor after a week, Significantly darkens the pavers. Appears to provide high degree of water repellency; rain water beads on the surface. Produces a semi-glossy finish on my pavers but not slippery (probably due to rough paver surfaces). Used only about half the pail on my short 2-car wide driveway. Applied a second coat after a month. I plan to post an update in about a year. Update: After a year in southern Florida the pavers remain darkened but most of the gloss has weathered away and water beading has decreased (but not vanished). I plan to let it go this year and re-seal next year. Update: Change of plan, re-applied 3/2019. Decided to re-apply because product availability is decreasing (had to order via Home Depot), price is increasing and wanted to restore sheen. Product re-application took very little time and very little product. Re-application after one year appears to have been the right choice.

Washed away after first rain!
UPDATE: After first rain approx. 2 months later. Brick are cloudy now! Very upset. -- Stuff is good! Do a second coat. Much better after. I am sad to see I paid $24 and not its $150!!!??? WTH. Not sure i'd buy again for $150 a gallon, but at $24 it was worth it.

A significant improvement in appearance
I applied this to a patio made with pavers. After 3 years the color had pretty much faded from them. After applying one coat of this sealer the magnitude of change is unbelievable. These pavers now look at least as good as new, perhaps better. Applied a second coat the next day for good measure and added durability. This space will get a lot of traffic during the summer so we'll see about the durability. I'll amend my review at that time to update it.

Great results!
I used this on the natural slate in my kitchen, utility room, bathroom including shower. I had previously used three other products that were suppose to bring out the color of the tile leaving a clear finish. What a joke, I applied three coat of each product, some color enhancement that lasted a very short while. Bummer! I applied one coat Eagle Paver Sealer with a 3/4" nap paint roller, wow! It brought out the color and left a nice semi-gloss finish that show no sign of being slick even in the shower and is wearing like steel. Now the down side, this stuff stinks. After application we opened all the windows & skylights in the house, put ceiling fans in every room on high. Built a large fire in the wood stove, set the thermostat on the pellet stove at 80 and left home for the day. Returning 5-hours later the product was ok to walk on but the smell was pretty awful. That said with lots of ventilation the smell was totally gone in three days. I highly recommend this product!

So Far, So great!
Outstanding product! Used for the first time today on patio pavers- 2 coats on approximately 500 square feet. Second coat applied in about 4 hours after initial coat. Temperature was 52 degrees with a light breeze and partly cloudy. My paver patio is on the south side and gets direct sunlight so pavers were chalk-like faded. This Eagle product is easy to roll and brought back the original rich color with a muted shine. Yes, thereโs an odor but not as annoying as described in other posts. Still have about a gallon left over. Iโll add feedback after a hot St. Louis summer but so far, so great!

Cost effective, quality, solvent-based sealer
Excellent solvent-based product which is much more usable than water based. Very popular at HomeDepot and Lowe's who never had it in stock. It cost $105. which is about $50 bucks less than competitors. I ended up getting the product at Amazon with free Prime shipping. One bucket covered my driveway and walk with two coats. Initially has a gloss but it turned into a nice matte finish after curing for a week. It is not slippery when wet like other products. I used roller versus sprayer for application.t
