I got these as an anniversary gift to my boyfriend since his are constantly falling out and losing them whenever we are in bed together, so I surprised him with these and he has told me he likes them.

Nice product should say how small pieces are especially the exchangeable spike pieces

I managed to get it through but and this isn't because of the product this is just because of how small the whole was it hurt like f*** my nose was bleeding so make sure you lube that sht . If your to do it from basically the smallest size to a much bigger size and it is really really short it's going to be really hard to get the balls in depending on your nose shape. I had a hard time screwing one of the balls on and when I came back after a few hours from being out going shopping the ball that I screwed on fell off so I would recommend getting tweezers you know not tweezers but tweezers like a tool tweezer like a dad would have for DIY. And twist that s*** on but it's pretty it's extremely short though. Does the clarify the first picture is the side septum piercing I had before changed it so you can see the difference.

I had a really hard time finding horseshoes that would fit through my normal earlobe piercing because one of my holes is crooked and gets snagged on the screw threads. These are fine enough that they go in easily and don't cause irritation. The balls/cones are small, as expected, but with hard finger tightening I've had no issues losing them.
