Great value, works well
This product was cheaper than others. It was also a British company so easier to deal with when things don't work.I found it easy to set up. A bit awkward at first as I had trouble switching it off but the online videos are helpful. You can switch it off via the app. The location when it has a signal is absolutely spot on. Its limitations are I guess the same with any GPS tracker. It relies on your phone having network access. I was at Ingleborough in Yorkshire and there was a black spot in the valley. No signal for about a mile. But apart from that great. It doesn't do speed etc like human apps Strava/Garmin. But it certainly does what it says. It gives me piece of mind. My dog is a small terrier. The tracker goes on his harness strap and it works fine. It was cumbersome on a collar.

Waste of time and money
I don’t know if it’s because I live in semi rural Scotland or just the product but it was useless. The device was mainly offline and when it was online for the few moments, it was slow and at the wrong location! The customer services tried to help - but unfortunately even speaking to them became frustrating as they repeated instructions I had already tried. Steps they had spoken me through they asked me to try again..:and again…and again. They sent me replacement devices, including the 4G one and none of them worked.I wanted a tracker as I’ve just rescued a puppy from Romania. With this tracker, if she had managed to get loose I never would have found her. Also the battery life was SHOCKING. Considering it was not even working, the device held charge for about a day and a half so I can’t imagine it being any good if I was actually tracking my puppy/reviewing her steps.

Didn’t actually use !
As I didn’t actually use this I cannot really comment on it’s effectiveness hence 2** rating however, I feel the device is rather bulky for our small dog (Miniature Poodle) and you need to keep the silicone pouch permanently attached to the dog’s collar, looks to be of good quality.Hope prospective buyers find my comment helpful.

Neat little tracker
Does what it says on the tin! Had to return the first one as it stopped working after a month of intermittent use but very good customer service and prompt exchange.

Excellent product and customer service
The media could not be loaded. I really do not understand the negative reviews. 😕Works well 90% of the time. I sometimes have trouble but it's usually because I've not had it turned on for long and it soon corrects itself. Lost my dog twice and found her 100% because of the tracker. She's a squirrel chaser so she sometimes gets carried away. This tracker has been a godsend for us. Battery lasts long enough and you get a txt when it's low.Recommend absolutely 💯

Broken, do not buy
So I bought this in October and actually, for the money it's not bad. Or so I thought. App is laggy and not particularly accurate, and battery lasts a day or so, but it would do. Until beginning of December it just stopped working!!! I contacted customer services and before seeing it they told me it was water damage and not submersible. I told them my dog doesn't swim, and as a 60kg dog it's pretty much impossible for it to be submerged. Regardless they told me to send it them (at my cost) to do some digging. Low and behold, they've got it - it's apparently been submerged. No way! No way my dog hates water! But nope, that's it. No refund. I'm not allowed to cancel my subscription and I can have a new one sent out if I pay £15 and they will transfer my subscription to that one. Now why would I pay for a new one if the tracker stopped working from normal use and apparently it's been submerged? I'm really not happy. The customer service is sub par. The tracker is a waste of money. Should have bought a Pawfit2! Beware and buy and subscribe at your own risk!

Does the job!
My dog ran off after being chased by another dog, he was missing for over an hour! I couldn't be in all the places ie home, where he went missing or walk our normal route. Luckily he came home but its not something I want to experience again so I've bought the tracker. I think it's excellent value for money, it's accurate too. The instructions are vague but customer service is brilliant. It's multiuser so my husband and parents have the app and can track him too should it happen if they are walking him. I hope it never happens but at least if it does i'll have an idea of where he is

I'm trying but I cannot be positive
I have tried so hard to like this product but unfortunately we have fallen out for good. Having 4 dogs is a lot to monitor on a walk so I have always had trackers on them. The previous company we used stopped producing them which forced me into a change. Initially, these trackers worked fine. I liked the set up on the phone, they seemed reliable and everything was great. Until about 4 months in. Now, if they track at all we are doing well. Battery life is virtually zero and I have to permanently store them on charge to ensure there is enough battery life for the day. This does not fill you with confidence that a dog lost for more than a day would have a tracker with enough battery life to find it.All this said, I cannot fault their customer support team, who have tried their best. Always quick to respond and happy to talk to you but they are limited in what they can do technically. They have sent out replacement trackers which I have yet to activate but I doubt very much I have got 4 "dud" originals. One possibly but not 4. To this end, as a malfunctioning tracker might just be better than no tracker at all, we are seeing out the subscription and will then be moving on.
