Good, but they're kinda delicate
TL,DR: if you're after non-slip boots that'll last long shifts for years with no maintenance, don't get these. Also get insoles for them eventually. So I've had these for 3-4 months, and they're fantastic, with some minor gripes. Do they keep you from slipping on wet floors? ABSOLUTELY. But be advised they're not really that great for "off-roading" in the sense i live on a farm, and sometimes I'd wear them on muddy days and dirt stays on the grooves of the sole FOR A WHILE and they're not waterproof so a good scrubbing to clean dirt off them might leave them a bit soaked on the inside. The stitching isn't great, and the adhesive that keeps the sole on the boot won't hold really well under harsh wear and tear, so make sure you've got Shoe Goo or rubber cement on hand (i used glue for tire plugs and it's been holding well enough)The toe cap inner material is likely some kind of stiff cardboard, and will easily cave in if any pressure is applied, so avoid dropping things on em if you can. Yeah, you can just pop it back out, but chances are you'll still have that dent ridge/crease around where the damage occurred. These are also made of vinyl, so standard leather care won't work to minimize overall damage. Think like you're caring for a cheap desk chair, the material will crack, peel, and cut easily if you're not careful. Be advised if you work 40 hours a week and do a lot of walking/running, you'll likely be replacing them entirely every 1 to 1.5 years with occasional maintenance. Finally, while they're super comfy at first, you'll want some good insoles. Which is just general advice for any kind of work shoe, really.

Awesome boots!
Update: about end of April the heels started to split and fall apart. These boots are awesome! I did order up a half size and they fit nice and not too tight. I wore them for the first time for 12 hours and was on my feet for about 6-8 of those hours. And no blisters or sores. My shins were a little sore but I had them laced up a little tight and haven't worn boots in a while. I would definitely recommend these! And they came with a free pair of socks.

Heel separation second week
I put insoles in mine so they were comfortable and you can loosen the laces to make them a little looser if they are too tight. I also like that when you’re working and something spills it doesn’t get into your shoe and make your sock wet and then your foot is miserable all night. There are nonslip so I’m not slipping all over the restaurant when I need to be moving quickly. The reason for the one star is after the second week my friend accidentally flat tired me and the sole separated immediately from the shoe. I realize that this is a little bit of my friends fault but I also expect a work shoe to be made to with stand being beat up on the job. If the seller could send me another pair to try out then I’d consider changing my review because I really do what to love them.

If they only lasted longer...
These boots are perfect. I can rock them for a ten hour shift straight out of the box, no need to break in, no discomfort. Nonslip is flawless, no issues once the bussers pull my bar mats. Love love LOVE the look of these boots (let's pretend it's about the ankle support and not because I'm trying to hide the short inseam of my cheap jeans). The only drawback is they JUST DON'T LAST!! Seriously, by the third week they are no longer waterproof. By the 5th week, the sole starts to go. Within two months, they're talking back to me, and unfortunately, in the garbage they go (I've tried gorilla gluing it back down, but my bar floods for a few minutes every time I drain the sinks, and my toes don't like swimming, so that didn't last long). I keep buying new pairs because I really do love these workboots more than any other I have tried, but $50/month on poorly made shoes is becoming unsustainable. Also, I see a lot of people saying to size up- I thought that the first go-round, too, but now that I'm on my 5/6th set, I realize the manufacturer is accounting for stretch. I'm back to buying my normal 9.5, and though they may be a little snug for the first shift, they comform really quickly.

so cute! (but order a size up)
i love these shoes!they work so well in the kitchen and i swear theyre even cuter in person than they are in photosim a chef so i wear them in the kitchen and our floors get oily! ive worn them to 3 days and havent slipped a single time at all. (i havent been able to say that about any other non slip shoes!)theyre also easy to spray off at the end of the nightand i look good af at work which is nice (my coworkers were shook to find out they were nonslip)i would call them the best shoes ever if they werent so tight!i wear a size 8 normally, so i ordered a 8.5 to be safe, and honestly theyre still really snug.so 4 stars only bc the sizing is off and you should order a full size up (if i didnt wear these already id return for a size 9 but i just dont have time for that and the 8.5 is fine, its just tight haha)but yeah. best nonslips ever. super cute. just order a size up

Love these!
The non-slip is great for work, super cute look, and fairly comfortable. They do run small!!! Order half a size up. I wear 9.5 in all my shoes and 10s are always too big, but I definitely should have ordered a 10. The ankle and cuff are soft and flexible, with some thin padding throughout, which is nice. The length for 9.5 is fine, that's not the issue, and after breaking in for a week, they were wearable, but still very snug around the sides/top of the ball of your foot. BUT overall they are super cute, I wear them probably 3-4 days a week to work (9 hours running around on my feet nonstop), and they don't show any signs of wear yet. I add a cheap plantar fasciitis insole and I have no foot pain, even after 9 hours. Also, the first day I wore them to work I got so many compliments!

Sole damage
Last only 3 months, they are slip resistant and comfortable to wear. But the rubber sole started falling apart within 2 months an half.
