Will this fit t2200 craftsman model 917. 203810?

Simple answer Yes. since you have the 917. 203810, 38 inch deck it requires the 3 bolt spindle

What size bearings are used in these? Looking to use for 20,000rpm jackshaft.

I don't know the size but the bottom one is a little larger than top one. On a mower deck they run around 3500 rpms. 20,000 in my opinion would be too fast for these. I think they would over heat at 20,000 buts that's just my opinion. I will be using them for what they were intended. I have them for spares for a riding mower.

Will this work in the craftsman g4000?

Not sure it should if the deck is 38 or 42 inches
