I recently tried the Onnit Alpha BRAIN Focus Energy Shot in the Peach flavor, and I have to say it's a mixed bag. On the positive side, it's convenient to carry around and has a pleasant peach taste. The energy boost it provides is noticeable, and it does help with focus and concentration, especially during those midday slumps. However, the effects are not long-lasting, and I found myself crashing after a few hours, which was disappointing. Also, the mood and stress benefits weren't as pronounced as I had hoped for. The price can be a bit on the higher side for a 6-pack. This works and is a gamechanger when it comes to energy and focus. My only advice is if you're sensitive to caffeine try drinking 1/2 the bottle the first day and see how that affects you.

I think these are awesome. But, they are about $4/each - so they are a little pricey. I also bought the capsules. They work just as well. And they are about $ 0.66/each - I take 2 every morning. So... $1.32 vs. $4 a day... that's a no brainer. If the price comes down, I will buy again. Flavor is GREAT!

Always conflicted about the taste.
The flavors of these energy shots are never great, no matter the brand, but the effect is worth it. I think I kinda tasted peach? Kinda pruney. Mostly chemicals. Probably still gonna buy it again because it's not as harshly flavored as other brands. Overall still very satisfied with my purchase, but let's face it, the flavor ain't great. 👍

Be careful with this product. Long term daily use can lead to insomnia and overactive neural processing. It will help you focus and concentrate but it comes at a cost.
