Mugwort - Dried Artemisia vulgaris Loose Leaf C/S by Nature Tea (8 oz)

I bought this to help me sleep because I found someone saying that if you put a cloth bag under your pillow with oat straw, peppermint, passion flower, chamomile, and mugwort it will help you fall asleep. I tried using it and it worked so well. I had absolutely no faith in this but it helped me go from taking 3-4 hours every night to fall asleep to 30 minutes. It’s very fluffy and I don’t know how I feel about it for tea drinking.

The tea arrived quickly, and was accurate to its descriptions. However, a will mention that my tea is not bitter at all, like nothing for bitterness. In my experience, mugwort is extremely bitter, so I'm a little confused. I'm not complaining, the flavor is nice, and it does seem to be relaxing. However I'm not certain why or how this isn't it normal bitterness, And it does lead me to wonder if there's an issue either with freshness, processing, or even the plant itself. Like maybe it's not mugwort? I don't know enough about what the dried plant looks like to be certain.

Love this tea so much have almost drank it every single day have had some series dreams with it - I use to not dream at all. Yerba matte didn’t give me that good of a lasting energy boost but this is amazing doesn’t make my ADD,ADHD, or anxiety go crazy definitely will be buying again

I drink the tea at bedtime but also use a bit to prevent insects from taking over. I was also using it to override a toxic chemical in my apartment. It also clears the air and has a safe type calming smell. Over all this is an excellent herb to have but use sparingly.

I have a standard for high quality herbs. I ground thjs to be Very. Fresh tasting and flavorful. Will defintely order again.
