The seller themselves are very polite, quick to reply and answer any questions. The product comes in a simplistic designed box allowing the watch to be showcased very well. As for the product it is a bit heavier than expected but it is made out of stone SO, that would explain a lot. Otherwise very comfortable to wear, pleasing on the eye and a for sure talking piece when people see it. More durable than some other watches I have owned. Plus its cool to see how every link is different, adding a 100% uniqueness to the watch. The only downside I have found, is that with the band and the links, you may get some black residue in the joints but you can scrape it off since its STONE! If you don't have one, GET ONE!
