No this bag does not have wheels. I think it is the bigger size that has them. However, this bag is good value for money. Would have liked a luggage strap but still good value and I recommend.

Does this bag have a boot compartment?

No nowhere near big enough, good for a packed lunch,a flask and a couple of drinks,thats what mine is for.
