Good phone and does well for a low budget phone

Good phone

The phone was working for few months. Suddenly, one day, it stopped working, went totally off. I took the phone to the Samsung Quick service center to get it repaired/replaced under warranty. I was shocked to learn that the phone is not UAE version (though the invoice clearly mentions UAE version) and hence, they could not repair/replace the same. Very annoying!!! However, when I got in touch with Amazon, they arranged for the phone to be collected and refund to be arranged after the phone has reached the seller (my feedback on the refund will be provided in few days). Will rely on buying phone/laptops directly from a store going forward as the due diligence from Amazon clearly seems missing. Customer service from Amazon has been very helpful though. My concern is that, if someone repairs the phone and switches my phone on, all the data is still there. Anything Amazon can do to ensure my data privacy?

The battery drain very fast, it does not last for 1 day

Arguably the best mid range smart phone of Samsung. Excellent internet connectivity, best battery and super smooth to use ..

هاتف متوسط لكنه الأفضل في فئته بل وأفضل من النسخة الأحدث منه A53 من ناحية المعالج وعدم ارتفاع حرارته.. ليس الأفضل للتصوير لكن للمستخدم العادي المهتم بشاشة رائعة وبطارية جبارة وأداء بدون تهنيق ولا حرارة فهو خيار ممتاز.

حلو لكن الكاميرا خايسه

للاسف التغليف والطرد سيء جدا الجوال مع المطهر مع الاكل في طرد واحدالجهاز كما في الوصف وسوف اعيد المراجعة بعد الاستخدام
