At what age can a child use this toy?

I believe as soon as they have good neck control and can sit up. My son was 5 months if I’m not mistaken. Only thing is I loved this chair but it’s not ideal because the way you have to bend their legs a little to get them in there. Half the time his leg would get stuck while just trying to pick him up out of it.

Does this seat only sit in one position, or is the seat high adjustable to make it closer or farther away from the floor?
