TAMASHII NATIONS Bandai S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider Black RX Masked Rider Action Figure

This figure is a nice addition to my Figuarts collection. I've never had the first version of this figure, but I heard that this renewal was a vast improvement (from what I've heard), and I have to agree. The neck joint has little "ridges" on them that allow you to move RX's head smoothly, though you do have to apply a bit of force to move it. The arms and legs joints offer great articulation and allow for great poses. His accessories include your usual change of hands, 2 Revolcanes (one standard and one a transparent light blue color), a half-blade Revolcane (also in a transparent light blue color), and a Sunriser belt with a light blue peg on it. If you replace his regular belt with the one with the peg, you can reenact his pose when RX pulls the Revolcane out of his Sunriser, which is very nice. The figure also has some ripples here and there that mimics the feel of the actual suit, which overall gives it some texture. This is a nice figure and I highly recommend it to any Figuarts collector out there.

Very Awesome Figuart. Excellent detail and great sculpt. Excellent Articulation,but can be a bit tight on certain joints.Paint al thought little, but very detail, but be aware of chipping on his belt. Plenty of hands for poses . comes his saber both in a detail painted sword and a cleared sword. which the top are removable to swap. Come with an extra belt buckle for his saber, and a short tip for the Sabers. Excellent figure, I highly recommend For fans of Kamen Rider, and for everyone else

So I've been on a Masked Rider/Kamen Rider kick, and decided it was time to add one of the figuarts to my collection. The Black RX figure is fantastic; it moves beautifully (except for the head), the weapons and hands are awesome, and you can even remove his "ecto phase" from his belt! What really impresses me is the reflector-like material for the eyes. Really beautiful piece, and for the price I paid ($28), it was totally worth it.

But still, the score is low. Why? Well, many things were improved, in fact, I can't think of anything from the original that wasn't better than this one, except maybe the feel of it. Articulation is wider, joints are better hidden, the paint is near perfect. But for me, the figure felt more fragile, and broke in the midsection torso. Articulation may be wider ranged, but nearly all the ball joints are looser, and there is "jiggle" in the torso (which led to it snapping off-- my fault, I tried to fix it). The joints are better hidden, but some areas are troublesome; the shoulder armor is hardly ever where you want it (a problem with most Figuarts nowadays), and the swivel upper arm is much too tight! The paint may be perfect, but when I tried removing the tiny belt buckle on my first time, the gold paint chipped. Oops. The original and this figure both suffer from a bit of a stiff neck, though this one made it more flexible, you just have to force it a bit. The original also had die-cast foot parts, allowing the center of gravity to be had better. It gave the figure some weight which made it feel a bit sturdier (even though articulated die cast parts get worse over time), and the Revolcane was also significantly longer, though not much of an issue. Overall, the figure is good, but felt cheap and fragile to me. BanDai has lately had trouble keeping ball joints secure and tight, a problem following them to this day (see Figuarts Kamen Rider Ryuki's Dragredder, and Monsterarts Alien Warrior or Big Chap, almost the whole figure, but particularly the tail)

Been watching the series and made me have to get and made sure was the renewal. Have an Alt motive thanks to Spiderverse (and SHT) and having a display done up of Riders/Sentai/Spiders going on. Pairing up RX with Ben Rielly Spider-man MLs and when can get a Black with Scarlet Spider. On to the figuart. Easily nicer than the old. Poses great (still getting used to head setup though) and extras as usual with many fit. The swappable belt face is something to watch when posing as can pop out at times but fits right back in. If a fan of Black RX highly recommend it. Even if a Saban's Masked Rider fan would recommend. Now for me save up for the rest of the series items just have to figure space for Ridoron

Very good quality for a fair price. Joints are easy to move around and it stands on its own without much effort. Definitely a good addition to my collection.

kinda dispointed. The paint was kinda ruined on the figure.

BLACKとRXはリアルタイムで視聴していたので、今でも仮面ライダーといえば真っ先にBLACKとRXを連想するオッサンです。 たまたまこの商品を見かけて、懐かしさのあまりアクロバッターとセットで購入してしまいました。 S.H.フィギュアーツの商品を手にするのは初めてでしたが、素晴らしい見た目と可動で実に良いものです。 少し太めのマッチョな体型が、まんまあの頃のRXで感動しました。 付属品もかゆいところに手が届く的なこだわりが感じられます。 各ポーズに応じた豊富な手首、通常時と発光時の再現が可能なリボルケイン、抜き出す際のサンライザーと、必要なものはほぼ揃ってます。 欲を言えば、RXキックの時によく見たあの素晴らしく美しい前転(いや後転か？)フォームが再現できたら最高なのですが、あれは体育座りができるレベルの可動が必要なので無理というものでしょう。 とにかく素晴らしい出来と思います。 ちなみに、特徴的な襟と首の形状と可動ですが、ほとんど動かないといったレビューを見かけますが、実はかなり動きます。 訳あって首を胴体から外してみたのですが、後ろの蛇腹状アーマーにはアゴを引く動きに干渉する部分がなく、思いきってアゴを引かせてみたところ、普通に深く引かせることができました。 ※最初はバキバキ鳴ったので壊れたかと思いました。やるときは慎重に行って下さい。 BLACKも欲しいところですが、バトルホッパーともに価格が高騰していて手が出ません。是非とも再販してほしいですね。 さらにジャーク将軍やボスガン、デスガロンあたりが出てくれたらいうことないのですが。

A very faithful representation of the Black RX suit, complete with wrinkles and fold lines in certain parts to replicate suit wear. The eyes are a gorgeous bright red and stand out on the shelf, especially in sunlight. Comes with 6 hands for each arm, useful for replicating his crazy poses or holding the Revolcane. Please be careful removing the belt if you want to use the other one with the peg for the weapon handle, it's very easy to scratch up the paint if your tool is too big or sharp.

The sculpting is nice and can easily be posed in a lot ways.

ＲＸのデザインの特長である首元から高くせり上がった分厚い襟を 可動の為に分割してしまうとは(T^T)ここは頭部の動きがシブくても デザインどうり一体造形された旧版の方が良かった。 肘、膝の関節はシリーズ共通型のジョイントになってしまって新版 ブラック程の「こだわり」も感じないし‥それに緑色もなんか明る 過ぎでしょ…というのが第一印象なのですが… 高さ約14.5センチ（アンテナ含まず）で、映像作品中のスーツ感を 目ざした造形と高い可動性を両立させた仕上がりは、やはり格好良 し。 基本の可動構造はブラックとほぼ同じ、肩基部の前方引き出し式関 節で腕周りの可動自由度は良好ですし、腰、脚部の可動も文句無し。 さらに胴体（上半身）に新機構が追加されていて、上方に引き出し、 前屈、横回転の可動域を広げられる様になっています。 頭部は首の胴側基部から上をまるごと動かす感じで、上方、左右に は良く動きますが、頭（顔）そのものの可動域が狭くアゴを引くの は苦手。（頭を摘んで動かすより、襟（胴体側）で動かした方が動 かし易いかと‥） 腕の回転は肩ジョイントと上腕の接続部で回転する仕組みになって ます。 自分の物は左腕のみ回転しなかったので、肩アーマーを外し、肩ジ ョイント部と上腕を持って様子をみながらゆっくり回して機能回復。 塗料によるかるい癒着だったようです。 （腕が回転しない時は肘から下を持って捻ると肩可動軸に負担がか かってしまいますからドライヤーかお湯で温めてから肩、上腕を持 って少しずつ回してみましょう。それでもだめならメーカーに連絡 ですね…バーニングアギトの例もありますし。） 付属品は… リボルケインが塗装された実体verとクリアーブルーの光剣verの二 本で、刀身の交換が可能（短いクリアーブルーの刀身も付いてます） 交換用手首パーツは五種各左右の計十個、リボルケインのグリップ 部を接続できる交換用バックル（サンライザー）も付いていて、さ まざまな劇中アクションの再現が出来る内容になってます。 （付属品の扱い方は箱の台紙裏に説明書が入っているので御一読を） 商品が届いてから、ガシガシ動かしまくってみれば、第一印象どこ へやら‥充分星五つのＲＸでありました。 （そういえば旧版ＲＸも第一印象悪かったのがひっくり返って星五 つにした覚えが‥） 蛇足‥映像作品のスーツには襟一体型のアップ用と襟分割型のアク ション用がありましたし、ディケイド以降に登場するスーツはオリ ジナルより緑色が明るめになってるみたいですし‥アクションフィ ギュアとしては「良い塩梅にまとめたＲＸだなぁ〜」と、いい歳こ いたオジサンは満足しております。
