Not sure about actual product because I’ve only used it once but pump on bottle doesn’t work despite twisting, turning, pulling, etc. had to take pump off to get to product and it’s a super thick consistency-much like cream cheese. It smells nice and seems to condition well but the difficulty getting it out of the container will keep me from buying it again.

Awesome product! Great for curly hair. Great value, My hair feels soft, and the wife is happy.

The pump does not work. Tried every way there was. Had to put it in a different bottle to use. Great shampoo once you can get it out. Works perfectly for getting your hair natural gray

Bottle should come with instructions for opening the pump. I tried everything including googling instructions and could not get the pump to open. After reviewing the product reviews I realized you have to push down very hard and twist. Happy with the performance of the product. For me, it takes a few days in a row of use to notice a difference.

This shampoo was terrible. It did not clean my hair at all, nor was it effective at toning it. It left my hair extremely greasy and was not easy to wash out. After using, my hair felt dirty, did not look shiny, and left my hair looking and feeling worse than before washing. Everyone's hair is different, but this did not work for my fine, long hair.

So, my daughter bought this after getting her hair colored for the first time. She decided after the first try she didn't want to use it (she has brunette hair) because she didn't want to alter her color after all. So, not wanting to waste the money I decided to use it with my natural blonde hair. As for the color, my hair seems a little darker but it didn't really have any "brass" in it. So I can't comment much about that but, oh my goodness, the softness and silkiness is amazing! The smell is so mmmmm, and how much fun is it to wash your hair with blue shampoo! I probably won't buy it again, because I have blonde hair and I don't color it, but it was a pleasant experience.

I'm not one to leave reviews but listen.... I didn't expect much. So I just wet me natural brown hair and did a mask then showered washed with clarifying shampoo and left it on again in the shower a little bit washed again with clarifying shampoo and used my normal conditioner. Omg! In the sunlight my hair looks almost dyed like that deep redish box kit. When it's not in the sunlight it just looks really dark brown but I hate the red hues this cooled it completely down. Literally no trace of it. I can't open the pump of the bottle LOL so I had to just dump it in my hands and this is a can for whatever reason? So you can't squeeze it. It's also smaller than what the picture looks like but if I were smart I would look at the ounces LOL That's literally my only complaint but it works very well especially for the price!
