Great solution to a common problem
Great stretch and size. I use it to hold thermacare heat wraps in place. The XL fits but tends to roll up. Snip the strap off, add some some waterproof tape and viola... an adjustable heatwrap that fits snugly and doesn't roll up.

Meets my needs
I was pleasantly pleased with the size and material of this . The Velcro was sufficient and held. Hopefully it will continue to be strong enough to hold as I wear this during walking and exercise (walking exercises). Compression is personalized by how tightly you pull the ends. And this is not bulky.

Works somewhat!
I am a large man. Purchased the abdominal binder for mid torso support. Worked well the first day, 2nd day it had started the "bunching roll-up", and by the 3rd day only the closure in front was even near "flat". It is not comfortable to wear, and the bunching roll-up area all along the back and sides leave itchy depressions in my side and back waist area after wearing. I can see it needs the "stays" like a regular girdle.
