What’s on the reserve since of the pink princess Quilt? Teddy bears?

It's a very sweet pastel pink and purple princess print done in horizontal rows. Honestly this is one of the prettiest quilts I have ever bought and the toddlers parents were absolutely thrilled. It washes like a dream and I just tumble dried it and it is as good as new.

Why is the 2 peice twin 65 but when you add the 3 throw pillows it turns into 70 dollars extra making it 165??? Thats ridiculous!

It is because the pillows are very nice designer stitched pillows. Not cheapy at all.

What is the thread count?

I do not know, but this is an extremely well made bedding set. I highly recommend.
