I like the fact they are nice and wide. I also like the fact that if someone ever wants to remove them sometime in the future they can do this without any sticky adhesive residue.Some small air bubbles were a little difficult to remove without removing and relaying the strips and then risking the same problem again. I solved this by using a small pin to prick some small holes and squeezing out the remaining air with no visible or physical issues.Finally it would be nice if there were a choice in the number of strips to be supplied. The pack of 15 is fine but I could have done with a few more.

I’m not much of a review person but these stair treads are amazing. They were easy to install, (time consuming but only because we’re OCD and they all had to be placed in the same spot on each step), durable, easy to clean and invisible. We have 3 huskies and a German Shepard so the amount of hair that is shed in our house was a concern, we didn’t want hair to be stuck to the sides, and it absolutely does not stick to any part of the tread. We clean the staircase every couple of days and have not noticed any hair stuck to the treads. Our dogs can easily go up and down the stairs now without their feet slipping and sliding all over the place. And we are able to go up and down the steps with socks on without the fear of falling down the stairs. Highly recommend this product. If you’re on the fence, just do it! You won’t be disappointed! Great product. I made a cardboard template (pic 2) to be certain that each non-slip tread was in the same exact place on every stair.Be careful not to let the exposed adhesive back curl around and touch the paper side of the backing (see 3rd pic) or you'll be trashing that piece.

Just finished installing the 6”x 30”, Butizone Transparent Anti Slip Strips so I’m not sure yet about durability but they seem as if they’d hold up very well to human and pet traffic. There are no instructions but they’re very easy to install. I purchased them because my senior dog had fallen down the stairs on several occasions and was afraid to use them. Following are steps I took to install the strips.I vacuumed first. Then used Clorox Wipes, a damp washcloth, and dry paper towels on each step. (You could use soap and water instead.) I used a black dry easer pen to make a tiny mark to show the center of each strip (15”). I used a ruler to position the strip equally from the wall on either end. Without moving the strip, I lined the pen mark up to the stair riser and used a pencil to mark the center of the riser. I peeled off the backing half way. Eyeballed the pen mark to the pencil mark and carefully lay the sticky half of the strip on the stair, making sure I kept it approximately an inch or so from the front edge of the tread. (My treads are not very deep because I have a century home. How close to the edge you want to place the strip will depend on the depth of your treads.) I was careful to position the strip parallel to the edge of the tread. Otherwise, it would’ve been crooked. I lightly pressed the strip to the tread. Then I removed the remainder of the paper backing and pressed the strip in place. By following these steps, I didn’t have to reposition any of my strips. I used the roller to firmly adhere the strip to the tread. I rolled in four different directions—up and down, lengthwise, and diagonally. I paid closed attention to the edges of the strips. Lastly I used the damp washcloth to remove the pencil and pen marks. So far I’m very pleased with the product and the results.

My wooden stairs were so slippery before, and these have probably saved mine and my husband's life, as we do most of our drinking upstairs. Coming down at the end of the night was a bit treacherous before, but these are seriously no slip.
