I really think this brand of multi b vitamins is the best. I'm tried other, more expensive ones, but they don't seem to have the same effect. The niacin in this brand doesn't make me flush like other brands.

I like the NOW Supplements brand. It allows you to get a quality product at a good price (as well as a good number of pills for each bottle). This is a great source of B vitamins if you are needing extra of those. The only thing I would say about this product, is that is still uses folic acid as its folate. That's a no-go for me.

I've been getting these for years. They seem to be doing the trick and the price is good. They don't taste like anything one way or another to me. They smell a little bad but most vitamin B does. Truthfully they work fine for me on all accounts
