Is it matte? How long does this take to dry?

This face paint is oil based. It will have a slight sheen to it. We recommend setting your makeup with a regular makeup powder or loose powder without color to make it matte, which dries faster and make the makeup longer lasting.

Dose it leave Stangs?

It can if you don’t remove it properly. I used Vaseline to remove it and it came off easily. When I tried soap and water it stained. Micellular eater or any other makeup remover should work.
