Good album usual hit tracks
Usual tracks you would expect to find on a 70s album. And some unexpected tracks like "mirrors" Sally oldfield, Curved Air - "Back street love", David Essex - "Imperial Wizard". Overall not a bad compilation.

Ultimate Hits maybe, but maybe not original recordings
When a compilation such as this does not indicate that the tracks are the original recordings, be careful....I have not checked every single track but certainly Lady Rose by Mungo Jerry does not sound like the original which had a much thinner sound and very little percussion. As for the word Ultimate, a significant number of these tracks were not in the top 100 best sellers in the UK in their year of release - this is more like another set of 'forgotten' hits, a few of which arguably, were not hits at all - buyer beware!!

Memories
Great tracks to fill you with good memories. I was a teenager throughout the 70s and I loved my record collection which unfortunately I had to sell after my car needed repairing. Finding Rock A Doodle Doo from Linda Lewis was a very special bonus for me. Play it loud when you can.

Not as many songs on the disc that I remember.
I don't know many of the songs on this CD so was not impressed. The CD arrived in good time and well packed.
