I love this. The only thing I don’t like is the drain hose. In order to drain the water I have to use my son’s storage bin or modify how I use it. I stood the wash bowl in the shower and used my shower sprayer to wash the hair. The water drained into my shower and I was able to wash my son’s hair easily. Oh yeah my son hates having his hair washed but after using this bowl to shampoo, he started to rush me to wash out the conditioner because he likes getting his hair washed now.

Good value for the product but the hose doesn’t want to stay on my faucets. Drain tube is good if you have a floor drain to set it in but doesn’t stay in sink. It shifts if I don’t hold it steady while my clients are leaning into it. Still getting the hang of this set up as I only do select clients anymore.

The overall put it together process is easy to assemble. When I go in my bathroom to hook up the spray Nosel to my sink its not staying over it tight for the water to flow to shampoo my clients well. I tried four times, to get it to go over it and stay put without sliding off. Just didn't work. I don't know what the seller is going to do, but a better nosel will help. The overall bowl itself is great. Thats why I didn't give all five stars.

The basin was easy to assemble but the spray assembly did not attach to the sink facet and I had to purchase an adapter. The drain hose drains more easily if you use a bucket for the water to drain into. The basin adjusts up and down and it worked out well to wash my mother's hair while she is in her wheelchair.

Bought this so I could wash my moms hair, she has gotten older and we love it!! Easy, I just put a huge plastic tub on the floor and put the hose down in it, and use my sprayer from my kitchen sink. Saves so much time, I do her hair in half the time! Before she had to lean over the sink and I had to stand on a step stool; not anymore!

I was very skeptical about this but figured I needed to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised. It is adjustable which made it much easier to fit with the chair I had. I highly recommend ordering the set that comes with the neck cushion. The neck cushion is very comfortable and makes for a better neck fit. I am very happy I ordered this!

It gets the job done nothing more nothing less.

Terrible hose with faucet attachment. Was not compatible with anything. Rubber is cheap, falls right off tap.Went to return, would be $130 to return. I'm stuck with plastic sink and rubber attachment that doesn't work. Do not order this. No response from seller
