Very Best Remanufactured Ink Cartridge
This is the very best remanufactured cartridge I have ever purchased and used!! Its not like some of them, you pop them in the printer and attempt to print and then sometimes it steaks or gives out quickly. This is just like the HP cartridge you would expect to buy from HP directly only cheaper. Great service from the seller, they ship fast and you will love dealing with them. Anyway, I've purchased lots of cartridges online and this is the very very best one I have ever used and will always buy from them as long as they sell them on Amazon.

Excellently functional - user needs to remove second cover from the bottom and clean the contact and bottom side with alcohol
The seller needs to advise user how to prepare the cartridge for a proper function. I simply removed the "main" cover and installed cartridge into the HP DeskJet 1120C printer. This, however, did not produce any color printing. I was about to return cartridge after remembering that some users experienced the same. Then I realized that the back (contact) side contains considerable remnants of the covering tape glue and the bottom (printing) side is covered by a second small tape. Removing the bottom cover and cleaning the contact and printing sides with rubbing alcohol resulted in an excellent color printing.

Hard to find this now.
Hard to find these days. Yellow runs out first, at least for me.

... great company!
I received the ink in a very timely manner but unfortunately it didn't work at all - either dry or some other malfunction. I Emailed the company and they were incredibly good- offered a refund right away. I must say I wasn't happy with the cartridge of ink but I will try again with this company since their customer service was so amazing!! If you have a doubt, I say give it a go and if it doesn't work out they will work with you to resolve the problem.

Old Stock With No Blue
Bottom line: Check the expiration date on the inkjet cartridge package. The Achilles Heel of all HP 700-Series printers is the HP 23 color inkjet cartridge.Anyone who has ever owned the trusty HP 700 series printers, and in my case it was the virtually identical HP 882C printer, is aware of the short life of the HP 23 Tri-Color Inkjet cartridge. At a certain point the blue ink no longer dispenses and anything you attempt to print in color comes out at pink. I ordered this HP 23 cartridge because it is difficult to find in warehouse or retail stores. If you do find this cartridge in one of the specialty office stores the cost of the replacement cartridge is almost as much as buying a new printer.I too made the mistake, as other reviewers also experienced, of at one time stocking up on HP 23 cartridges only to find that my stash of unopened replacement color inkjet cartridges went bad. Imagine the disappointment in finding that not only has the installed printer cartridge run out of ink, but that your two expensive "fresh" replacements do not work either.I ordered my most recent HP 23 replacement cartridge from an Amazon vendor. It arrived quickly and was sealed in an original HP package. I installed it in my printer. Several days went by before I found the need to scan and print something in color. The blue ink stalled halfway through the first page. I cleaned the contact points and even sat the dispensing end of the print cartridge in a pool of rubbing alcohol. No improvement. Two courses of action presented themselves. The first was to go out to an office store and spend an outrageous amount for yet another color cartridge. The second was to take my two color cartridges, both the old and new, to a refill center and see if the refilled cartridges worked any better. Both contingencies only seemed to prolong the inevitable. Instead I spent my money on a new printer. The cost of two HP 23 inkjet cartridges equaled the amount I spent the new machine. It seems a shame to put my HP 882C printer out for pickup. It has provided reliable service since we bought it in June 1999. An automobile is nothing without gasoline and a printer is likewise nothing but an awkward paperweight without a working ink cartridge.

Ok, the printer this cartridge goes into is from ...
Ok, the printer this cartridge goes into is from when dinosaurs roamed the earth (Deskjet 895Cxi) but as it includes the printhead itself you can not obsolete this printer. It is also in use in an area where supporting a new printer would require a lot of expensive software upgrades that exceed the cost of the printer by orders of magnitude. The quality is adequate, so is speed. Cost per page is probably outrageous, but in our case it doesn't matter all that much.

Very low price
The picture shows the normal HP packaging, which shows the expiration date. What arrived here was not this packaging, but only the white box that is normally inside the HP package, which does not show the expiration date. I think that the low price is because this ink cartridge is probably beyond its expiration date. The info in the package from the Goodwill Online Store advises "New genuine HP brand sealed in inner box or bag, No retail box! Authentic & ships fast! Manufacturer warranty may be passed but is still 100% guaranteed". The Warranty Info advises that if your printer shows an ink expiration message "- - that means the manufacturer warranty has ended and you are now covered under our 100 % warranty. This message does not mean that the ink is expired it is only the warranty from the manufacturer so don't worry". Well, at this point I will not worry, since I have previously used expired cartridges with no problems. Staples gets $48.99 for this same cartridge.

HP has the best quality for printer cartridges.
Will only purchase HP printer cartridges for my HP printer. The quality & longevity are the best. A little pricey, but it all works out in the long run. No more other brands or remanufactured ones for me & my HP reliable printer!
