This sleeping mask far exceeded all my expectations. I had bought many of this type for that purpose, but almost all ended up being annoying, tight or letting threads of clarity or light through one or another part of it. This one, however, I ended up buying it convinced by excellent reviews read and the price, quite accessible given the quality-price-reviews. In summary: I convinced materials of excellent quality; light and comfortable and offer total darkness, no light enters that disturbs when sleeping. Your eyes do not touch the material either, thanks to the foam that borders the entire contour of the mask. Recommended 1000%!!!

I use this sleep mask when traveling, especially on planes or when staying in a bright room or sharing a room with others. It is very comfortable and blocks out the light extremely well. One of the best features is the padded design around the edge of the mask. It keeps the mask from pressing directly against your face, and there is enough space that my eyelashes do not really touch the inside of the mask. That makes it much more comfortable than flat sleep masks. The strap is also highly adjustable. It fits both my child and me, and I have a larger head with a 7 7/8 hat size. The strap is wide enough that it does not create a lot of pressure on your head, which makes it easier to wear for longer periods. The material is soft and feels good against the skin. Overall, this is a comfortable, effective sleep mask that works well for travel, bright rooms, or anytime you need better light blocking.

This is very well made with thought to just how it fits. It's adjustable and washable. Really blocks out light. The inside that rests on the nose is comfortable and no pressure around the eyes. I highly recommend this mask

I work night shifts, and honestly this sleep mask has made a real difference in my life. Getting quality sleep during the day used to be a struggle with light coming through windows, but this completely blocks it out and creates near-total darkness. It’s soft, comfortable, and doesn’t put pressure on my eyes, even when I wear it for several hours at a time. It also stays in place well without feeling too tight, which is huge when you’re trying to actually rest after a long shift. Since using it, my sleep quality has noticeably improved — falling asleep is easier, and I wake up feeling more rested even on short recovery windows. If you work nights or have irregular sleep, this is one of those small things that genuinely helps your day-to-day life.

Honestly I give it a 4.5 start rating. It really does block out all light and is very comfortable on my face. I got this due to having my partner as well as nieces and nephews who have to fall asleep to noise. Which sadly means I have to suffer time to time with the TV on when they visit me. However I'm also a side sleeper and thats where my issue lies. The mask gets uncomfortable and it pushes on my face which makes me have to readjust it to find a more comfortable placement.

Fits well, very soft and looks well made. I like the space it gives my eyes. I can't stand my eyelashes touching normal sleep masks. As a night shift worker with a c-pap. This mask puts me in complete darkness and fits around my nose piece very good. I appreciate the extra gusset of material around the nose bridge that really seals the mask off.

I've been looking for a good blackout sleep mask for a while, but I was always hesitant to drop the cash for the 100+ dollar masks named after a sea creature. The few I'd pick up from a local store that claimed to be blackout masks let in a lot of light fron the sides, and didn't seem to be made for people with larger noses. I picked this one up on a whim with another order thinking it was just going to be a quick travel holdover until the other mask showed up. The night it arrived I gave it a test run just to see, and was surprised how well it blocked out all the light. I decided to get to sleep with it on, comfortable in the total darkness it provided and slept a lot better than I usually do. It stayed in place without feeling like there was too much pressure, even as a sidesleeper. I woke up and took a quick peek under the mask to see full light in the room, and found out I actually forgot to turn off the overhead light in my bedroom, and I knew this was the one. I tend to get bothered by even the small led lights from various electronics, even with dimmer stickers on, so a mask that lets me sleep soundly in a fully lit room is an absolute winner. It was my perrct sleep accessory when taking a long train trip, and folded up for easy storage without issue. Being a literal 10th of the price of the "fancy sleep masks" makes this an absolute value.

This was recommended for me to get when I had surgery. I thought that was silly but did it anyway. WOW, I slept great no matter how much light the nurses needed. I did not use the ear plugs until I got home and they were comfortable. But this mask is so light weight, has plenty of room for eyelashes and is soft. I don't tighten the strap much but my ears hold it in place. I've now used it for about 3 months after surgery and it washes well in small round delicate bag, 10 min in dryer on delicate and then air dried. It's not hot against your face, just a wonderful purchase. I got one for my sister too
