Mentioned weight for these insoles in 150 gm while they weight 280 gms. I bought them for my tennis shoes which already weigh 860 gms. I cannot add this much weight to make them very heavy. Moreover it is mentioned that these are very thin but they are actually thick.So buy only if your insoles are removal and your shoes are lightweight. They can never go for any sports where heavy shoes are needed such as tennis.
