Do these make your shoes fit tighter?

Yes but less than the double thick cushions. If your shoes fit perfectly, theses might make it a little snug.

Why are you showing 4 pair in the photo but selling 3 pair?

I wondered that too. The only thing I could figure is that they wanted you to see there were 4 colors available depending on which side was showing. It says 3 and that's what I got

These insoles are more for comfort with cushioning. There is no special configuration for arch support.
