The Mighty Avengers (Marvel: The Avengers) (Little Golden Book)

Aside from Thomas the train, The Incredibles and PJ Masks my 2 year old son digs The Avengers from the Little Golden Book series. I also grew up on reading books from this series. In addition to my Avengers book purchase i also purchased the Black Panther, Ironman & Captain America books. The pictures are really colorful and stand out so it really keeps his attention. We look at the books together as i point and show him who and the name of the characters are and he knows the core four now. A little hard for him to pronounce the words Captain America so he calls him what everyone else calls him in the movie ...... Cap lol. Ironman is Irnamin, Hulk is Hult and Thor is Dhor lol He's learning and it'll help him to learn the other characters and how to pronounce other words and build his vocabulary. Now if I can get him to say Black Panther and Doctor Strange that would be very impressive! LOL Very satisfied with the books..

Great age appropriate introduction to these Marvel characters! This is not so much as a story as it is an introduction to the characters and their jobs as Avengers. Perfect for my 4 year old grandson who is obsessed with hero characters that markets to his age even though he is much too young to see the movies.

Used them to fill an Easter basket .

This book tells about each of the characters and some about the Avengers as a whole. It is a great introduction for toddlers who like superheros!

I remember Little Golden Books whenever I was 12 and read them to my baby brother. I bought so many of them to read to my sons. This year I'm ordering for my grandson's Super Hero Christmas. These books will help them understand their super heroes and maybe use their imagination along the way.

My 2 year old grandson loves the Avengers and all super heroes. He knew I ordered this and was (im)patiently waiting for it to arrive. These books are great with not too many words on each page for young children to sit still for. And pages are colorful with enough "action" to keep young eyes occupied while the story is read to them.

I purchased this for my 3 1/2 year old and it has quickly become one of his favorites. It's a brief introduction to the Avengers and their super powers. You also are introduced to a few "bad guys." I love that their are no guns or weapons shown in the book, so it's suitable for young children. Wonderful full page images keep my little guys attention very well!

Got this for my sons christmas gift and its a cute little books. Im happy with it.

The book is everything that an early years reader who enjoys Marvel will love. My little boy is still at nursery and has these read to him at bed time. With colourful pictures, it provides the right type of text and simple story for non or early readers. Hard cover with paper pages, it will also last well.
