Awful Meat!
The meat was not A5 grade by any means! In fact, the seller never provided the certificate from Japan as ALL sellers must do as a best practice. Moreover, the marbling was not acceptable. This meat is no different then what I get at the local store for a fraction of the price and NOT $300. This is a ripoff for the quality and taste.

The picture looks good but as it defrosted it got to showing less beef and more fat ????
I appreciate what it took to make such a steak but Like I said to much of a good thing, I didn't know that was possible with steak, I did expect it to look as it did but it seemed to be 80% fat 20% beef and thats not enough of the beef and for that much money and just the one steak well I won't do that again' I will go to a high rated Wagyu rib eye. yum

Great beef. Too expensive
Great steak - tender and juicy, however it isn't as beefy as other steaks. This was a fun experience but the price doesn't warrant future purchases
