this for sure helps me sweat but if you pair it with their sweat band then it will work even better. I have tried it with and without the sweat band and i think it works good either way. I usually don’t sweat much while working out but when i use this i notice a huge difference. I definitely recommend this product.

I have been experimenting with this for several months now. As far as maximizing sweat in the applied area, it definitely does what it advertises. I've had a waist trimmer belt for several years which on it's own increases sweat during exercise, but after applying this on my stomach beforehand, it's a very noticible difference in amount of sweat in that area. After pulling the belt off my abs and the belt are often drenched, so I would say it works in that regard. The plus side is the smell is actually extremely good, which helps offset increased sweat. The first time using it, someone at a gym joked that it must be pouring outside from how soaked I was, a little embarassing, but definitely convinced me it was effective. I've also used with sauna tank top vests, effective but not as much as neoprene belt combo for me. Does it help lose weight to applied area? That I can't say for sure. Stomach has always been a problem area for me and at times I've cut a lot of weight from regular diet and exercise while stomach held onto fat after everything else. I plan to keep using this on daily exercises and will update if I see a noticible change long term. It's simply hard to know for certain since other factors - but especially diet - affect this more than anything. While I don't think this gel is a magic bullet, it does seem totally possible it can give an edge to problem areas if a person is doing diet/exercise first. Note: Considering the increase in sweat, I've also increased water intake to avoid dehydration, definitely important to keep that in mind.

I used it sweet swear today. I got the unscented one. And I use it with a full body suna suit, (worked out for 1hr). It worked so fast. With in 15 mins of my workout i felt the dripping. I love that there is no burning happening just sweating. It helps my suna suite cling to my body way better. And it targets the places I really want that extra sweat. Anywhere I placed this product there was extra sweating happening. So if your wondering it just the suna suit no. I am working out indoors in a none hot place. And normally it take to the end of my workout to feel the sweat happening. I was swimming in my suna suit pretty early on. I have used other products that have sent and I absolutely hate it. But this one works just the same and no sent.

It smells lovely, I’ve been using sweet sweat for some time now. I haven’t purchased as often because it’s way more expensive now. It’s such a confidence booster when you’re feeling discouraged but seeing the sweat makes you want to go harder and be more consistent!

Absolutely works wonders, the smell is amazing and don’t give me a sweaty after smell when I do sweat, it’s very easy to roll out and put on, and goes on entirely clear with no residue and helps with sweat production, and very comfortable to wear especially if you have on lose clothing cause to me it felt like it turned to water once your body temp heated up. Altho I will say mine might have been a production issue after one use the bottom fell off entirely that you use to roll up the product with no way of putting back on or getting a refund for without sending back in packaging, and with it being a gel it was a bit messy cause after I applied I had to wipe off the edges before placing the lid back on so FYI DO NOT leave in a hot car or hot / warm area, I’d strongly recommend applying before any kind of workout at home or in gym

I am adjusting my review......because if I could give it MORE than five stars I would!!! It smells great, it definitely boosts your workout, and if I could be so bold I'd say it really helped with my cellulite and the texture of my skin as well. I'm not saying this thing will make you just burn fat like crazy all by itself, you have to really add it into a whole lifestyle change, but I swear it helped with the texture and smoothness of my skin and I personally feel it boosted my losing inches.... I will continue to buy this. It is SO worth it!!!

This product is excellent for working up a sweat—and I mean *really* sweating! 😅 At first, I had my doubts about whether it was truly as good as claimed—and as good as others who had already tried it said it was. I paid the price, despite still having serious doubts about whether it would actually do the job. And I was absolutely blown away. It doesn't irritate my skin, it doesn't feel hot—it is simply perfect. All you have to do is put in the work, and that's it; the rest is just pure sweat pouring out of my pores. It was well worth it, and I would buy it again without hesitation. .... 🏃🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️....😎🇺🇲🇵🇷🍻👍

I was really hoping to like this product. It does make the areas it's applied to sweat and it smells great. I bought the vanilla. However, I won't be using it again due to the extreme difficulty in washing it off. I washed the application areas with Dawn twice and then used a combination of body gel, body scrub and soap to finally get rid of the greasy feeling. Too much effort for me to want to continue using it.

The product gives your result, i use it before going to the gym along with sweat belt and when im done, it seems as if i was talking shower
