Easy to digest. Easy on the stomach. Good taste.
First time trying this brand of gel. I used it for the first time during a long run. Worked perfectly!!!

Anti inflammatory but taste and texture is a big miss.
I may have gotten a bad batch or they sat in a truck too long somewhere because the one I had already had started to carmelize into beads as old honey does. Not good to take down like a gel. I’ll try more of them as I am on a low inflation diet and they are 100% honey and I need something for a boost on 3 plus hour rides and during triathlons.

The order arrived in May with a June expiration date, so I would have to consume everything in a month. I request please send me the product again with a prudent expiration date
