Use sports tape to keep in place and you'll be very happy with the result
I didn't know that these existed until a physiotherapist told me about them. They are excellent - but only if you can get them to stay in place! The instructions say not to cut them, but I cut them in half and they still work perfectly. At first I just stuck them on my sore hip flexor and unfortunately they would catch on my knickers and unstick every time I needed to go to the loo or undress. So now I use zinc oxide tape or sports tape and it works a treat. These patches are better than Ibuprofen pills for me. My daughter uses them on her knee and has to use tape and a knee sleeve to keep them in place but it is worth the faff. I just wish they would sell them in smaller sizes. The price isn't likely to come down until they sell a much greater volume of them!

These are great I suffer from pain in hip and back due to accident.

Good for pain
Very expensive. Does work for pain relief but really hard to apply, so flimsy that they roll and crease up on the skin

Peeled off into trousers
Although the patch stuck initially, it soon started peeling as I moved about eventually sticking to the inside of my trousers and peeling off. For the period of time it was on, I still had a fair amount of knee pain, so unsure it was administering any pain relief.

Great but too expensive for regular use
These are really really good for my sore lower mid back pain. However. They are too expensive for regular use unfortunately. I bought them for going on holiday with a little of walking to last all day, and they did. Stayed on 24 hours too. Id buy for same again.

Absolutely ridiculous
If you live on your own and you have torn a muscle in your lumber region... don't buy this. It's damn near Impossible to put it on without help or messing it up. Ended up throwing 2 of them in the bin because I couldn't put them on properly.
