You seem to have a quality control issue!
What I noticed about your product: The outside dimension is 12 inches so that makes the inside dimension 11 1/2 inches. So it is impossible for a pad that measures 12 inches to fit into your product which is advertised to fit the 12 inch pad.

Stylish and tough case with a great fit. I use this PC more like a tablet than a computer and this case allows me to protect my computer and use it more like a writing Folio.

Fits my Chuwi 11.6 tablet perfectly
This tablet fits my Chuwi 11.6 tablet perfectly. I'm so happy I found this. I just wanted a proper case for my tablet and this does the trick. There are few kinks. 1. You cannot use your kickstand once you place it in the case. I wish there was an opening for this as the kickstand offers far better support than the case options. The case options are rather flimsy and I don't see this really supporting my tablet when I try to stand it up. 2. It's not shockproof. It's really just a cover. You'd better still be just as careful if you didn't have a case around it. I purchased the map and I have to say it's very beautiful. I'm happy with my purchase overall, but I do hope that the designers take a look at my review and future reviews to make improvements later on. Thank you for the beautiful case, I love it!
