These Honeydew are thriving with light overhead shade in the hottest Texas heat ever! I have 6 on the vines now with more on the way. Tons and tons of bees came too! Love creating haven for bees. We planted seeds above driveway retaining wall, added a cheap beach umbrella to prevent scorching during day. But not a single burnt leaf on vines!

My Honetdew melons were decimated by Mellon aphids. The remedy of need oil $ insecticidal soaps burned all the remaining leaves. Not your fault. They were growing great until the Mellon aphids moved in. So sad that if I had more seeds I would have to start over at this late in the season. :(

Plants are looking great. Only a couple inches so far so no fruit to review on the taste. The fact that they all came up when I definitely have zero gardening experience is awesome. I will be buying again.

Only 4 seeds germinated. Do not buy.

These honeydew seeds sprouted just fine but the fruit they produced were pitiful. They were all smaller than a typical honeydew, oddly shaped, and not edible. I've grown honeydew in the garden before without any issues, so I believe that these seeds were not from good quality fruits.

I got lots of fruit but could not get the inside to ripen and soften, even when I left them on the vine until the outside turned yellow it was still hard inside. Not sure if I did something wrong or the climate here where I live. was disappointed as we had to use some of them as a cucumber on our salads instead of for fruit.
