There’s usually not much to say about a shower hose. This one is quite long, making it easy to wash my pet and clean the entire shower and tub area. The hose is surprisingly lightweight and very flexible, yet it feels solid and sturdy. I tested its build quality by intentionally abusing it, and I was surprised that I didn’t cause any damage, which shows it’s a high-quality product. It’s three feet longer than the hose it replaced, yet it somehow allows water to flow better, giving me noticeably increased water pressure—something I didn’t expect. Similarly, I didn’t expect it to remain so kink-resistant. If you notice the hose starting to wind around itself, rotate the shower head in the opposite direction until the hose is free of kinks. Even when applying significant pressure to bend the hose, it never leaked and always returned to its original shape. One note: I was over-confident and didn’t bother reading instructions, as I’ve done similar jobs for years. However, I initially connected the hose ends incorrectly, which prevented the shower head from fitting into the holder. Once I connected the funnel-shaped end to the shower head and the other to the water supply, it worked perfectly without leaks and with good pressure. The unit comes with a small roll of Teflon tape, which I highly recommend using. If you’re unfamiliar with it, this tape is often needed when connecting solid materials like metal to another connection. If you’re connecting two flexible (plastic-like) parts, you probably won’t need it. Since this unit is made of hard (though very lightweight) metal, using the tape is advisable. There’s more than enough for an installation, so if it doesn’t work on the first try, unroll the tape and try again. You should have enough for multiple attempts, and if you run out, you can find more at nearly any hardware, home improvement, or plumbing store. Wrapping the end of the “receiving part” 2-3 times works best for me. Be sure to keep tension on the tape as you wind it around the “receiving” piece—it should be snug enough to take on the shape of the “threads” it's wound around.

Right out of the box it is easy to notice the quality of these hoses. Installation is easy and everything you need is included even the optional plumber’s tape.

First of all, NOTHING bad to say!! I love this hose!! It fit and it’s the length that it’s supposed to be. And it is very flexible too! I just love it! I actually purchased it along with a new hand held shower that already had a hose because I find that the hoses that come with are just never quite long enough. Not usually anyway. I use hand held shower for taking my hot bubble baths. And I’m kinda tall so sitting all the way back to relax it just is annoying if it’s not long enough. This is a great hose . If you are looking for one then I’d recommend. Oh, no leaks so far. Will update if anything changes. Happy shipping 🤣😎. I had to come back to update. I first bought this end of July and ii started noticing puddles of water in my soap dish I do not know maybe a few weeks ago. Could not understand. Then I I finally figured it out it’s because this shower cord started leaking!! I took away 3 stars. It wasn’t doing that in the beginning so I know I installed correctly.this is so annoying to me because it’s the extra long one I got to go with my hand held!! Not sure what I will do now🙁 oops, I have to update again because I was wrong. Apologies to seller and manufacturer!! Because I have this extra long hose to go with my hand held shower I assumed it was the hose but the leak is actually come from higher up … the shower head itself. So I’m returning to a 5 star rating 🤗😎

I bought this shower hose specifically to wash my dog, and it worked out perfectly. It connected easily to my existing showerhead, and although it came with plumber’s tape, I didn’t even need it—the connection was secure and completely leak-free. The hose has plenty of length, which makes bathing my dog much easier and more comfortable. Great value and super convenient!

I recevied the items on Feb 19, 2025 and installed on Feb 22, 2025. One month later, on Mar 22, 2025, I found it leaked in the middle of the hose. Now, I cannot get refund or returned for replacement through Amazon as it is out of the 30days. What can I do now?
