Would be nice if a different color scheme was used and/or recessed ...
I wish it had more indication which jack end was which. It's hard to tell in lower light with only the color bands on the brass. Would be difficult for someone with color blindness to identify them. The silver icons on the plugs help, but again harder to see in lower light. Would be nice if a different color scheme was used and/or recessed markings you could identify by feel. Other than that it works like it should.

Perfect in every conceivable way... all you do put your head phones in and they work I don't know what else to say it just works.

all you will hear is outside interference with the microphone no protection whatsoever don't buy
