I purchased this for my daughter before our 14 hour road trip. She has a high back booster and her head tends to fall forward when she sleeps in it. This neck pillow held her head up perfectly and she slept so well! I would give it a 5 star but the very first time I tried to snap it on one of the two snaps, it broke off. The other snap worked perfectly fine and the pillow did what it was intended to do!

Works great for our 3 year old in the Diono 3 xrt. This pic was taken in the back of my husband’s Toyota Tundra truck where the car seat sits a little more erect than in my Rav4. Every time she fell asleep in his truck her neck would constantly fall forward uncomfortably. This neck pillow did the trick! I love that it is skinny behind the neck so she’s not being pushed forward. Just as she’s falling asleep I slide it in and she sleeps well with it. Yes, I still sit in the back with her lol. I hope it works well for an upcoming international flight.

Works great. My 2 year old used to have her head way forward and rolling about when in her car seat. This has significantly helped. Her head and neck are more stable and she sleeps longer and more comfortably. That gives me a lot more peace of mind when I’m driving and I can focus more on the road.

Bought for my 7 year old granddaughter.I highly recommend this neck pillow. First trip out of many that my granddaughter was able to nap comfortably in her car seat without her head falling forward. At the back of the neck the pillow is thin and narrow. Perfect for little ones. The sides are like perfect little pillows. The only negative was the snap. It was hard to snap and unsnap. I had to unbuckle and snap and unsnap for her. I don't believe snapping it is necessary but, she insisted. I would like to find an adult neck pillow made like this. Most push your head forward in an uncomfortable position.We have tried other neck pillows, too thick at the back of the neck. Also, the forehead strap, she didn't like this and I had concerns over the safety of this.

Our 3 year old granddaughter’s loved these pillows. Work well while traveling in their car seats!

My son has cerebral palsy and doesn't have very good neck strength so his head often flops to the side. I find this head support is fantastic at holding his yead up. The only downside is that it does seem to be right in his face and he can't look to the sides very well, however still worth it for the added support.

Esta bien por qué es delgado en la parte de atrás pero... No sostiene la cabeza, aún se le va hacia adelante. Debería tener algún Velcro para sostenerse del asiento, así sería ideal.

The strap on this is the most essential part that holds the form and provides support to the toddlers head and chin and it is sad that it seems to be overlooked in terms of build quality. The buttons lock super tight but after 3 uses it broke. I like the overall design and the materials used, so will probably stitch some velcros instead of the buttons and keep the product.
