This product really helped with anxiety and depression (which was most likely caused by depleted gut microbiome due to overdose of antibiotics for ear infection). However, I used it long term and it led to increase in rheumatoid factor which I discovered after I started having joint pain and stiffness early in the morning. It took me a while to figure out that this supplement was causing it. So be careful and don't ignore any symptoms you have upon taking this probiotic. I still take it sometimes as no other thing has helped me more with my mental health but I am very careful about not overusing it!

I am sensitive to medications and supplements are no different. I’m only on day 3 of one pill/day; which is only half the daily dose. My tummy is sensitive & a little crampy. I have the urge to go more frequently but not productive. I decided to increase water intake. I can tell something is happening idk how to describe - I’m being scrubbed clean at a cellular level so maybe a major clean out coming soon. 🤣 Obviously I am only acclimating. I read several reviews but did not see anyone break down how it affected them over time so that is why I’m posting early. Will update as things progress. My son is on day 3 of half does as well but he has noticed no changes yet.

I live in an area where we hardly see sun from November to late March, and although I supplement myself with vitamin D, I still feel like my mood is not the best on these grey months. Last October I found this at a local grocery store but they've been sold out for 2 months so I went ahead and ordered them. These probiotics have really made a difference for me. If you compare with other one, the value for your money is better.

Over over priced product no satisfaction

Day 1 taking it I felt my mood so much better, I thought maybe it was a fluke...but it has really helped me coping with stress and anxiety. I love this product.

It's not worth purchasing in India. The price is 3 times higher than the U.S. and the effects are not worth it at all. I barely saw any difference in my gut and mood. VSL 3 probiotics is far superior.
