I like it. I don't regret buying it. It's effective and works. Although there are times when it makes me feel woozy and lightheaded, and I have to lie down. I take one a day dosage. Do not take on empty stomach. I take mine around 6 pm. It gives off an odd after taste sometimes. Doesn't always go down easily, best to take and eat something solid to swallow right after. But not a bad product.

It helps me to relax at night and sleep well. No drowsiness in the morning.

Works really good better than being on prescription. Drugs helps with stress.!

Bought because of a YouTube video that claimed it helped with tinnitus. Took it twice a day for weeks and it did absolutely nothing. But good for relaxation and sleeping aid. I take it with melatonin.

Works better than I thought it would. Feels almost like the calmness you get from drinking alcohol without the grogginess or sluggish feeling ethanol can give you. It's great for stress and anxiety and It honestly makes me mildly euphoric for hours when I take 2 at a time but I'm sensitive to Gaba so don't expect it to be euphoric every time for you but theres always a chance

I have been taking this for a while and I love it. Their is no taste since it capsules, good ingredients, no side effects and you can feel it relax you and take stress away.

According to AI Gaba supplements cannot cross the blood-brain barrier however we have Gaba receptors all over our nervous system and so Gaba and emits a calming sensation through the gut brain access, and also through Vagus nerve signaling. Anyone that says Gaba supplements don't work have never tried taking them. That said these pills are a bit strong, I get a relaxation effect but only after 15 to 20 minutes of niacin like flushing which is common with regular Gaba supplements, PharmaGaba, a fermented Gaba supplement is more expensive but does not cause flushing. If you want to boost gaba levels in the brain then l-theanine is the way to go.
