Ineffective for my purposes
High quality, nicely packaged but totally ineffective for my anxiety and sleep issues. Had hoped that increasing GABA may have an effect similar to prescription anti-anxiety meds without the risks associated with them but this hoped-for benefit failed to materialize. However if your doctor feels you need GABA for other reasons, this is a quality product.
