I’ve tried many products over the years for my KP. My legs and my arms, I’ve dealt with it my whole life. I also have very sensitive skin, so all the typical chemical exfoliants either irritated or I had to use so sparingly they didn’t do the job. Felt like trading one skin problem for another. This product came so very liquidy, and the exfoliating beads felt like very few compared to all the other products I’ve tried. I thought it was defective and/or wouldn’t do anything. Wow, I was wrong, this stuff works. Only been using it for just over a week, along with the jar of lotion, huge difference already. My skin loves it. If you’re looking for a natural solution and willing to keep an open mind that different from the rest doesn’t automatically mean it doesn’t work, this one’s for you. So glad I found it (thanks Allure!).

Not for everyday, use with a soothing exfoliant after that moisturizes. It really works. I used on my 3 year old too and her KP has been clearing up, along with the KPAway Moisturizer (White and red jug)As for the photo, It was worse before, I’ll keep you posted and change the star rating to let you know if and/or when I see a difference.

This a must have for super sensitive skin and KP. After 2 uses with the moisturizing lotion; I could tell the difference in texture of the bumps on the back of my arms. My only drawback is the smell. I know it's unscented, but the jojoba beads or oil has kind of an unpleasant smell. Not really chemical, just kind of like clay. But, it works so well and gently exfoliates, so I can overlook this one thing.

I had high hopes for this, in fact I bought the whole system based on the outstanding reviews, thinking I had finally found a solution to my KP. I was wrong. Not only did this "skin polish" have an extremely off-putting texture and smell, it did not exfoliate AT ALL and left a weird film on my skin - ultimately making my KP worse than it's ever been in summer. I've used gentle exfoliating face washes that are more effective than this 'exfoliating body wash.' I gave it 2 weeks, thinking maybe I just needed to adjust to something that was more gentle than I was used to, but after those 2 weeks my KP was so bad that I called my PCP for a dermatology referral. I'll be going back to First Aid Beauty KP Bump Eraser, despite the intense medicinal smell, as soon as my dermatologist clears it.

Y’all. Buy this. You HAVE to buy this!I’m a huge skeptic by nature, but I was absolutely, completely, totally shocked! It is AMAZING. Tha’ Bomb! If I could give it 20 stars I would!I have sensitive skin, and dry skin. I have Keratosis Pilaris on my triceps, biceps, and forearms. I can’t seem to get rid of it. Until now! All I did was follow the directions…rub on arms/skin for 90 seconds. Sometimes if I’m in a hurry, I’ll do 60 seconds per arm. I leave it in the shower for easy access, and I wash with my regular soap, then use this. After just 1 use, I was amazed at how smooth my arms felt! I still had some bumps, but, I would say about 40% of them were gone! After the second use, about 75%!!! Now, with my third use, all but maybe 10 bumps per arm are gone! Even My husband is amazed at how smooth they are! My arms also did not get red, it’s a gentle scrub. They are not dry at all! I have already been recommending it to tons of friends! The key is to keep using, and take time to rub your arms for at least 60-90 seconds per arm, rinse, (it was not hard to get off, either!) and it just literally scrubs the KP away! When I received my product, it was very liquidy and not in the exfoliating texture it should have been. I have used it a few times, but I'm not sure how well it should work because of the wrong texture. Likely will not buy again unless I could get a replacement in the right exfoliating texture it should be.

Not sure if works or not- teying for a month but so far no real change- regular exfoliating and lotion works same.

Just ordered my second tube of this stuff. I have tried many KP treatments over the years and none have worked as well as this. I’ve tried lactic acid, moisturizers, other scrubs, but this one by far works the best.Interestingly, I purchased this one as the First Aid Beauty one I had used before (also good) seemed pretty expensive. As it turns out KP Away is cheaper and for my skin, more effective.Btw. This product seems to work particularly well for the back of arms, which is a very sensitive area- you need to go easy there and not scrub hard. Just follow the directions. Gentler is definitely better.
