Best gels I’ve used.
Easy to eat on the bike and is like rocket fuel - gives you a great energy boost. I was 50 miles into a 70 mile ride and didn’t fuel properly. I hit the wall completely a friend handed me one of his And within 20 mins I was back to the front of the group. It was amazing. I’ll never use anything else again. Texture not too thick and not too thin. These are highly effective energy gels. I also used on my most recent half marathon and it was brilliant to use every 30mins due to the carbs. Loved them.

Caffeine works well - taste is ok
Like the beta fuel gels. These have a good hit of caffeine which certainly helps on very long runs. These caffeine gels don’t taste as nice as the normal ones, but you get used to it as you look forward to the hit!

The taste lets it down
Felt like an energiser bunny, just the kick I needed. The taste wasn’t unbearable but tart flavour.

SIS doing the job
Strong stuff! It did give me a stitch, however, I think that is a me problem, rather than product problem. 100% good if on a long run. Caffeine can be a little strong, so make sure you're not using it on a heavy stomach. Apple taste is quite nice, a bit sour and punchy but nice and wakes you up mid exercise.

I gel della Sis sono una garanzia di qualità del prodotto, infatti sono utilizzati da Pro del World Tour del ciclismo.Io li utilizzo da anni e mi sono sempre trovato benissimo in quanto non mi hanno mai creato nessun problema.I gel sono già pronti all’uso in quanto isotonici per cui si digeriscono subito e l’apporto di energia è quasi immediato a differenza delle barrette solide che hanno un tempo di assimilazione più lungo. SIS ha una vasta gamma di gel adatti per ogni situazione,molta varietà di gusti per andare incontro ai gusti di tutti I gel della linea Beta hanno una formulazione diversa con una concentrazione di carboidrati maggiore,io li alterno a quelli normali in base al tipo di sforzo che devo fare. Questo nuovo gel l’ho appena testato e fa quello che promette,l’ho utilizzato a fine giro(120 km) e sono arrivato a casa perfettamente lucido e concentrato. Quando si fanno giri lunghi e’ facile che la stanchezza si faccia sentire e la conseguenza è un calo di concentrazione e lucidità. I gel sono già pronti all’uso in quanto contengono anche una parte di acqua per cui una volta ingeriti non c’è necessità di bere. Vista la mia esperienza,mi sento di consigliarli Spero di essere stato utile
