Needed to change out old one. This worked out great easy to install and it closes when you shut the door.

We installed several of these - in the kitchen and the bathrooms. They are great. I never thought of using tri-fold towels until, because of Covid-19 we couldn't find rolls of paper towels. So I ordered a case of trifold commercial towels from Amazon. First we put stacks of them in the kitchen and bathroom. But we needed a dispenser, so I ordered one of these Oasis Creations dispensers for the kitchen. It was easy to install, and looks great. We use it all the time. I quickly ordered one for each bathroom as well. Now that we are finally able to get Bounty rolls of towels, we still use them, but we are actually using more trifolds now. They cost less, and with these dispensers, they are really convenient.

I noticed previous reviews say it needed a key and must have it. The manufacturer must have updated it since then. Mine came with the plastic key lock already in place. However, I noticed another black piece in the bag that was a similar shape and size to the black button at the top but didn’t have a slot in it for the key. It was pretty easy to pull out the existing plastic lock piece and replace it with the non-lock piece. Now I don’t have to worry about a lost key, because you only have to push down on the plastic button now. You’ll notice in the pictures how I have the angel it protrudes out of the top so that it slants upward slightly if you’re in front of the dispenser. I found that this made it perfect to push down on and allow the cover to disengage smoothly.

I purchased the paper towels from Costco but needed a dispenser. I put it up on the wall post leading out of the kitchen so that it could be used by grandkids in the kitchen and dining room and also ad they went up to use the bathroom and grab a disposable towel vs using hand towels during COVID outbreak.

Good addition to my guest washroom.
