Any flavored syrup you buy is going to say something generic like "natural flavors" and never actually list what fruits/veg were used to make it. You'd have to make your own syrup from scratch to make absolutely sure there is actual juice from blood oranges in it. That being said, this syrup tastes like blood oranges to me, so it's good enough for cocktails.
