I have been suffering from low T symptoms for several years now; I'm a 48 year old male. I am very physically active and work out 4-5 times per week and my diet is very healthy. Since my levels are just inside the normal range, the doctors are not interested in working with me on the issue so I've decided to give Western medicine the boot and do something else. After trying several Ginseng supplements and finding that they caused insomnia and gave me the jitters, I did some more research on Testosterone boosters. Nature's Plus-T Male Testosterone Boost came highly recommended. I have been taking this supplement for two weeks now. My libido is much more consistent and I feel more energetic. I perform better in the gym and the mental fog that I had throughout the day is decreasing. I think I may have gained a bit of muscle mass but time will bear this out. I did find out that it can take up to two months for the full effects of this supplement to be felt.

I could write a lot about the health problems I have had over the last 5 or 6 years. I am in my late 50's; 5'11" and about 160lbs. My heart doctor recently sent me for a sleep study to see if I have obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Taking a nap almost every day. Drinking about 4 large cups of coffee a day. So I decided to skip any tests and went to local health food & vitamin store. There is so much stuff in those places (and online) that it was nearly overwhelming. And all the labels say how the REALLY work, etc. So there is a guy who works there who looks to be in his 60's (my wife later told me that he has worked there a long time) and I tell him that I am looking for something non-prescription to address what I think is a low level of testosterone. He takes a bottle of Nature's Plus T Male off the shelf and says, "This is what you want." And then adds, "And if you can afford it get this other stuff also." (I did not buy the "other stuff".)So I ask him if he takes the Nature's Plus T Male, and he says he does. And I ask him how long and he says "more than a year". Well, I bought a bottle. And I was a bit skeptical about it - looked at the label and thought it looked like another multi-vitamin with some "bonus" ingredients. I noticed improvements the day after I started taking it. That seemed strange since I had thought that it took several weeks to increase the testosterone levels. But I continued to take the T Male for a few days and by about the 4th day I was convinced that it was working FOR ME.The first thing I noticed is that in the morning I don't have that foggy-groggy, worn-out feeling when I get out of bed. And my focus and concentration have improved considerably. I am drinking much less coffee. And I like coffee. And my muscle aches and joint pain are about 95% reduced. I have a relative who has a Ph.D. in pharmacology and talked with him about the T Male stuff. He said the ingredient that one should look for in this kind of a supplement is Tribulus terrestris (see wikipedia and other favorite sources of fact and myth). (And he said he is going to buy some now that he has heard of my results.)Anyway, it is helping me A LOT. I talked to my primary care doc last week and he said that the T Male product is very popular and he is glad that I found something that WORKS FOR ME. I have told several family members about it and they have also bought T Male (or something they thought was similar). For the price it is not good enough. This company is now pricing it way to high. I have noticed some changes that are good. It does work to help with workouts.. The other products by VShred are cheaper and work better.

I tried a sample from the local health food store and it convinced me to try it. And am I glad I did. I did not get a testosterone level test before but I can tell a difference and so can everyone around me.I no longer have a regular afternoon "slump" I am having an easier time keeping calm.(Contradictory I know but its true)Its a whole lot easier to maintain my weight or loose it if I watch what I eat. I am gaining strength and mass from my work outs like I should have if I had exercised in my 20's, ha ha. On the whole I feel very 'normal' which I haven't in some time. I like the fact that it says its facilitating the production of testosterone naturally versus a hormone replacement.I have noticed no side affects other than a happier day, better sleep, better feeling and gains in muscle.So in closing,if your a guy in his 50's whose not feeling like he should, I recommend you try this product for a month and then ask your wife what she thinks of it. Mine is very happy with the results and for the price I can't beat it.

I have to say it didn’t do anything for me. I have to admit I had high hopes for this product because I needed a boost of energy but nope. That’s my review, once I’m finished with this bottle, I will never buy it again.

My husband takes this everyday. He's in his 70ies and we enjoy a happy sex life. I'm sure it's this product. When he runs out, there's a lull in the bedroom. I like that it's not a prescription medication, just natural.Well worth the money.
