Miracle Grease Removal!
I don't know what the heck this stuff is, but it really really works well. I used to have to slop grease into an old grease container and throw that away when it filled up. This solidifier powder added to heated oil creates an easy to remove solid mass once it cools in the pan. I just simply carefully lift and remove the solid mass with a wooden spatula and dump it right into the trash can. Makes cleaning the pan effortless. I will be a regular customer of this product and its company.

Great product that does what it says it will do!
This product is indispensable in our kitchen. We don't fry that often, but when we do, this product does a great job of solidifying the oil so it can be tossed directly into the trash and not go down the drain. One packet is usually enough to handle a frying pan of oil used to make meatballs. If you are using a deep fryer you might need two packets. This is now on our constant reorder list.

Works well
I like this product, it beats pouring hot grease into a container. I am still playing with how much to use and at what point do I lift the grease out of the pan. All in all this product works well and solves the problem of cleaning up nasty grease messes.

Solidify Your Used Oil
It works just as described. If you deep fry a lot, itโs a good way to dispose of the oil.

More workโBEWARE!
Browned a roast in some olive oil. I usually let the oil cool, then either pour it into a can or use paper towels to clear the pan of most grease/oil before washing, as we are on septic. THIS STUFF IS FLAKES OF PARAFFIN WAX THAT MELTS IN HOT GREASE AND SOLIDIFIES IT AS IT COOLS. It doesnโt loosen from the pan, you have to scrape it out. Youโre then left with a film of wax on your pan. If you donโt want clogged drains or plumbing issues, youโre going to stand there for 5 minutes using paper towels to scrape the leftover wax film out of your pan before you start washing it! I was really excited to try this, even though I rarely, if ever, โfryโ anything in deep oil, such as fried chicken, breaded chops, anything like that. It would take a year for us to use a quart of vegetable oil, so when I browned this roast, what wouldโve been a 2 minute cleanup turned into a process! Ended up scraping the cold wax mess into an empty veg can, then went to work with paper towels, and finally felt as if Iโd gotten enough out of the pan to use a scrubber sponge on my new HexClad skillet. Hottest water I could stand, Dawn dish liquid pump, and four rinses laterโthe new HexClad was saved! Wonโt be buying it again, and Iโll stick to pouring cooled grease into the field or into a can with used up towels on top to soak up grease for th local dump! If you live in the city or an apartment where you pay for maintenance, this might be what you use, because you donโt understand grease disposal to begin with. Iโm amazed at the positive reviews, because this is a waxy, pipe-clogging mess of a product that still ended up in a can, almost ruined a $200 skillet, and cost me more time and effort than the old ways of getting rid of grease. This stuff must be the reason for the phrase โhot mess,โ because that is what it was for me! *thumbs down*

One Packet Was Completely Empty
Iโve bought this product many times and usually have a great experience with it. However, in my most recent purchase, the pack came with 4 packets and one of them was completely empty while the other three had the product inside. If Iโm paying for a certain quantity, I expect to receive that full amount. Itโs disappointing to open a package and find one packet with nothing in it. Hoping this was just a quality control issue and that it can be improved.

Really works
Was slightly skeptical if this would really work and it did! I used this for Avocado Oil and it got gelly like and was easy to scrape out and into the green bin with no mess. I wasnโt sure how many cups of oil I had so k started with half a packet and it worked. Quite pricey, but saved me a roll of paper towel!

Works as expected
Works well if the oil is in a smooth surface pan or pot. Usually fry in a cast iron pan so I had to pour oil into a smooth stainless steel pot first before trying. Cleans well. Easy to dispose of, no smell.

Easy and clean way to get rid of cooking oil
This is a bit of a game changer if you love frying in a frying pan. Getting rid of the used oil has always been a challenge without making a mess somewhere. This solves it. A packet of FryAway takes care of whatever is left in my frying pan. Make sure to add it when the oil is still hot and mix it well. Next morning, it's a jelly that easily peels off the pan and can be dropped in our municipal green bin. No mess. Comes off clean from the pan leaving nothing behind.
