I was a bit wary of changing my cat's litter mat. She does not take to changes of any type very well. I put it on top of the old mat for a few days for her to get used to it. Then I removed the old one. She tried to step around it some but finally got tired of trying to avoid it. She walks on it now with no problem. This thing is amazing! It traps the litter in the little holes and there is almost zero tracking. I used to have to sweep up litter around the box every day. I'm very happy with this mat.

I only wish it was a bit bigger! It has reduced tracking throughout the house but it’s so small that it cannot possibly catch everything. I mean I’ll take any help I can get reducing litter on the floor throughout the house but I just wish it covered larger area because they don’t always go out of the litter box in a straight line.

Catches all the litter, just pick it up and the litter slides out the side. Size is perfect for large covered litterbox.

Yes, it did a decent job at trapping the litter but my cat particularly has an issue on peeing on bath mats so the second it was peed on it was destroyed because it’s made out of a foamy ish material.

I bought this XL size to replace a little 12x16 litter mat that was not double layer and did not have the deep honeycomb to collect litter. The other product just had little knobs raised on the rubber mat, and it was OK, but no better than OK. So - go big or go home…. Totally recommend the XL in this item. I like that the litter traps are deep, and that I can roll this up and take it outside to dump the litter out of the central pocket and to hose it off. This reduced the amount of litter tracking from the box area by probably 90%.One other tip (if you have the right space) I also made sure the litter catcher was on the only access to the litter box - so that they can’t exit anywhere but over the catcher mat.Worth it.

I bought this because i have an old lady that doesn't always make it to her box. this has been a life saver. will defiantly buy more.

Maybe it's because I'm a smaller person, or because I'm using it in a smaller space, but every time I go to dump the litter out of this thing half of it spills out the holes in the back rather than going down to the opening in the front. It's a bit unwieldy to wrangle, to get it open neatly without spilling everywhere. It does catch a decent amount though so long as your cats actually step on it, mine like to try and jump across it with their post-poop-zoomies. It's definitely better than other litter catching liners I've used, but honestly I tend to accidentally dump most of it on the floor and just sweep it up with the missed bits, but it keeps things MUCH tidier between doing so, so I'll give it a pass.It does also clean pretty well! I don't have a shower in my apartment, just a tub, but any messes on it have been wiped up easily, or I just toss it in the tub and dump cups of water on it and get a solid 90+% of the mess off. With an actual sprayer, I imagine you could get it totally clean with EASE.
