Sturdy, well made scales at a really good price
These Salter Mechanical Bathroom Scales look neat and stylish. They are also cheaper to run than digital scales. I find them quick and easy to use, they have a clear display, they are accurate, and solidly made without looking bulky. They were also great value for money.

Just a brilliant old school scale !
This is one of those old school things that has not changed and it does not need to become it perfect it it works just fine . No battery needed , just a simple small scale! No fancy crap that might break . Display is great and clear due to the magnifying glass, very accurate when adjusted, and surer durable even when you drop it. LOVE IT !!

Not for big feet
If you have big feet then these are not for you they are quite small the magnifying bit is good because my eye sight is not the best

No fuss of batteries, just a simple old fashion and easy to read scale.

Small, Unreliable weight reading, useless
Total Rubbish. If you have size 6 feet it's the right size. Weighing is out is sync as I tried a digital in comparison and it was half a stone heavier. The window for weight reading is very small..The one I received was , I believe a return, the glass was scratched. Going in the bin !!

Does the job but not great
It does the job but it's hard to calibrate to exactly 0 and sometimes will be thrown off by moving it, and it's a little slidey on a bathroom floor too. If you just need a basic mechanical scale it will do, but if you're counting every lb it might be annoying.
