Great product.
Have always used this filter media as it is of a good quality, value for money and does what it is intended to be used for. It is easy to clean, just gently rinse in pond water and definitely do not scrub or wash in in tap water as this will remove the good bacteria that is essential for keeping your ponds eco-system healthy. Would highly recommend this product.

Allows increased filtration because of their shape
Because they are balls I can fit more into my internal aquarium filter, than the cylindrical stones I was using before, giving a better filtration.

Media was good after a wash but a lot of charcoal came with it, would I buy again yes Just need 2 ad a few bit of volcano rock next time
